QUT has two vibrant inner-city campuses: Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove. You’ll be close to all the action with cultural and commercial hubs within walking distance of each. You can travel between each campus with ease on our free shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes. Both campuses offer performance and arts venues, fitness and medical facilities, shops, and food outlets. Our Gardens Point campus borders the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, which is where the name comes from.

 

You can choose from 150 clubs with a focus on sport, culture, politics, religion or special interests—everything from Amnesty International to anime. Or start your own club to connect with others who have the same interests. These clubs organise social events such as balls, formal dinners, trips away, lunch time barbeques and more!

  • Our Education Precinct offers learning spaces, study pods and community areas interwoven with nature and technology. This space is home to the Sphere—a digital LED globe suspended over two floors with a changing menu of visual content.
  • The Science and Engineering Centre is known for The Cube, one of the world’s largest and most advanced interactive learning and digital spaces.
  • Test your creations in the electrical engineering, motorsports and robotics labs.
  • Interested in real-time financial data? Our Economics and Finance Bloomberg Lab gives you just that, allowing you to conduct financial analysis with actual real-time data.
  • As a health student, you can work with real patients under the supervision of experienced healthcare professionals at our on-campus health clinics and simulation spaces.
  • Immerse yourself in real-world law settings, in the QUT moot and Industrial courts.
